Exhibit Enterprises Hires Sheldon L. Stone as Chief Operating Officer

    DEARBORN, Mich. - Exhibit Enterprises Inc. of Dearborn -- one of the world's 
leading exhibit and trade show production companies -- announced the appointment 
of veteran management consultant Sheldon L. Stone as Chief Operating Officer.

    Stone was formerly with Plante & Moran, LLP, the eighth largest public
accounting and management consulting firm in the U.S., and the largest based
in Michigan, where he managed several of the firm's key consulting programs.

    Prior to that he was General Manager of the Hawaii Division of DFS
(formerly Duty Free Shoppers -- the largest duty free retailer in the world),
growing the Hawaii Division's retail business from $260 million to $420
million and increasing profitability seven-fold in two years.  Stone earned a
B.S., B.B.A. and M. A. from Western Michigan University.
