Prior to that he was General Manager of the Hawaii Division of DFS (formerly Duty Free Shoppers -- the largest duty free retailer in the world), growing the Hawaii Division's retail business from $260 million to $420 million and increasing profitability seven-fold in two years. Stone earned a B.S., B.B.A. and M. A. from Western Michigan University.
