SAN FRANCISCO, July 27 Old Navy, the store known for great
clothes at great prices, is offering shoppers the chance to win America's
hottest new wheels and the official vehicle of the Old Navy T-Shirt Club, the
ZAPPY Kick inline scooter, this weekend in stores coast-to-coast.
The sweepstakes will be held in more than 400 participating Old Navy
stores and will award a ZAPPY Kick inline scooter a day to one lucky winner,
beginning Friday, July 28, 2000 through Sunday, July 30, 2000. Plus,
oldnavy.com is giving away a ZAPPY Kick inline scooter a day from
July 19, 2000 to September 30, 2000. In total, there will be 1,221 winners in
the Old Navy stores, and 74 online winners for this popular inline scooter.
In San Francisco, New York City, Chicago and Seattle, Old Navy's ZAPPY
Patrols will cruise the streets and parks on their ZAPPY Kick inline scooters
giving away Old Navy T-shirt Club cards and announcing the sweepstakes. The
patrols are planned for the Marina Green and Union Square in San Francisco,
Washington Square Park and Union Square Park in New York City, Lakeshore Drive
and Wrigley Field in Chicago, and downtown Seattle, this Friday, Saturday and
Sunday.
The Old Navy T-shirt Club gives shoppers a seventh t-shirt free (up to a
$10.50 value) when they purchase six tees. Meet Old Navy's ZAPPY Patrol this
weekend and get an Old Navy T-shirt Club Card with one free stamp! That means
shoppers need to only purchase five tees and the sixth one is free! Old Navy
T-shirt Club Cards can be redeemed at any Old Navy store through
September 4, 2000.
