M2 Appoints Dana Fallucca as Director of Market Development and Area Management

    SANTA MONICA, Calif.--July 25, 2000--M2 Collision Care Centers (M2), the leading provider of collision repair services in California, recently announced the appointment of Dana Fallucca as the director of market development and area management.
    Fallucca joined M2 in November 1999 as an area manager for the Southern California region. Prior to joining M2, Fallucca was a process trainer for Caliber Collision Centers in Irvine, California. In that role, she was responsible for process and integration support for new acquisitions as well as operations and sales procedure development. Prior to working with Caliber, she managed several shops in the Riverside and Rialto areas for her family business, Jack Fallucca's Paint and Body.
    In her new role, Fallucca will develop programs for M2's major insurance partners and provide operations management. During her tenure with M2, she has been instrumental in the rollout and implementation of M2's first custom pilot repair program. She has also designed and launched programs for increased market coverage using drop-off and delivery centers.
    As the director of market development and area management, Fallucca's focus includes process improvement and implementation of corporate standard operating procedures. She will also be actively involved in M2's Customer Care Center. Fallucca will continue to work with the management team to develop additional programs, emphasizing high-performance service.
    Fallucca attended Orange Coast College and holds certifications from I-CAR and the ASA Management Institute, as well as numerous other industry-specific training programs.
