Auto Industry Contract Manufacturer Re-Orders Neozyme Metal Cleaner

26 July 2000

A Total of 7,260 Gallons in Last 12 Months

ALISO VIEJO, Calif. - Neozyme International, Inc., the principal operating
subsidiary of International Daleco Corporation, announced today that it has
received a re-order for 660 gallons of its non-toxic metal cleaner, MC-501, from
a contract manufacturer in the automobile industry. This Neozyme client
produces and paints large coils of tin-plated steel used in the fabrication of
gas tanks for one of the major automobile companies. This recent order brings
the total amount of Neozyme product produced and shipped to this client in the
last 12 months to 7,260 gallons.

The MC-501 product was originally evaluated and extensively field-tested
by this client to help solve their problem of having to run large tin-plated
steel coils through the cleaning system TWICE before painting in order to
achieve acceptable adhesion. The coil runs at 300 feet per minute, providing
only 1.4 seconds of contact time for cleaning. By using MC-501 in the final
stage of this cleaning process, it eliminated the need for double cleaning
these coils and provided excellent adhesion results.

"We have specifically formulated MC-501 to rapidly clean and degrade oils,
greases, waxes and other organic contaminants without the use of
environmentally dangerous chemicals. This new application within the
automobile manufacturing industry represents a potentially large and diverse
market for Neozyme," said International Daleco Chairman & CEO Parker Dale.

Neozyme manufactures and markets worldwide a line of biocatalysts for
applications in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, hydrocarbon
remediation (soil & water), industrial metal cleaning, agriculture and the
hospitality industry. All Neozyme products are non-toxic, non-flammable,
100% biodegradable and completely safe to humans, animals, marine life and
vegetation.
