Donald Trofholz Named Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer Of Guardian Industries Corp.AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - Guardian Industries Corp. today announced the appointment of Donald Trofholz to the position of Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer. Trofholz will be responsible for Guardian's global accounting functions. These activities include financial and operational reporting and analysis as well as accounting and operations support. Trofholz has been extensively involved in implementing new accounting and business systems and has been instrumental in changing the role of the accounting organization to that of a business adviser supporting the needs of Guardian's marketing and production managers. Prior to joining Guardian, he was the vice president of finance for American International Manufacturing Company. AIMCO was acquired by Guardian in 1983. Trofholz worked for Pricewaterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers) before joining AIMCO. Most recently, he was Corporate Director of Operations Support for Guardian Industries Corp. A magna cum laude graduate of the University of Colorado, Trofholz received his bachelor's degree in accounting. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
