ASC Holdings Announces Financial Appointment

    SOUTHGATE, Mich. - Joseph E. Blake has been named vice president of finance 
with ASC Holdings, reporting to David Treadwell, ASC vice chairman.  In this 
role, Blake will be responsible for financial support of ASC's automotive 
investments, capital formation, along with automotive investments, merger, 
acquisition and partnership opportunities.

    Blake moves to ASC Holdings from his position as chief financial officer
of ASC Exterior Technologies.  Previously Blake was vice president of finance
with Guide Corporation and director of finance with LDM Technologies as well
as holding several financial and business analyst positions with General
Electric.  He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Salem State
College and is a graduate of General Electric's Financial Management Program.
