USF Reddaway Receives Carrier of the Year Award From Honeywell
PORTLAND, Ore. - USF Reddaway, a regional carrier unit of USFreightways Corporation, announced today it has been named the Honeywell LTL Carrier of the Year. The award was presented to Jared McArthur, President and CEO of USF Reddaway; Pat Malone, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for USFreightways; and Manager, Corporate Sales Mike Krochta.The award is based on a selection criteria which includes the following: on time performance, billing accuracy, operating ratio, claims ratio, systems & technology and Honeywell site surveys which determine how the carrier performs at the local level.
McArthur commented, "It is an honor to receive this award from a company of Honeywell's stature. To score so highly against such demanding standards reflects the success of USF companies in blending traditional customer service with sophisticated logistics solutions."
