Modine Board Declares Dividend

    RACINE, Wis. - The Modine Manufacturing Company Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents per share on the outstanding common stock, payable Sept. 7 to all shareholders of record Aug. 25, 2000. Modine has paid quarterly dividends continually since 1959.
