Nissan Expands Deployment of SDRC Metaphase and I-DEAS In Japan Divisions
CINCINNATI - SDRC , a global supplier of e-business collaboration solutions for the product lifecycle, today announced that Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., Tokyo, Japan, has expanded the deployment of SDRC Metaphase product knowledge management and I-DEAS e-design automation solutions to support multiple new vehicle programs. The orders for software and services are valued at $4.3M.Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. is a full-line automobile manufacturer, ranking second in Japan, and is among the major global automobile companies in terms of annual vehicle production. Nissan has standardized on SDRC solutions. This recent deployment includes Nissan design, engineering, and manufacturing facilities throughout Japan in support of Nissan's BodyCAD and UnitCAD applications and associated data management requirements.
