Barnes Group Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend

    BRISTOL, Conn. - The Board of Directors of Barnes Group Inc. today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 20 cents ($0.20) per share. The dividend will be payable September 8, 2000, to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 30, 2000.
