Global Technovations Appoints Manzella Entertainment

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - Global Technovations, Inc. (AMEX:GTN) (the "Company") announced today that Manzella Entertainment will be representing MotorCheck(TM) oil analysis for sales direct to consumers via electronic media outlets including infomercials and home shopping networks. Ray Manzella, the force behind Manzella Entertainment, is looking to make MotorCheck(TM) as much of a household name as he did Vanna White.

MotorCheck(TM), which performs a "blood test for the car" and provides consumers with a means to evaluate the internal condition of their engine or transmission, has been winning raves from television consumer reporters in such major markets as Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta and Tampa for its ease of use and accurate results. Based upon positive consumer response to these television features, the Company feels that the time is right for individual consumers to benefit directly.

Will Willis, Global Technovation's President and CEO stated, "By making MotorCheck(TM) mail-in oil analysis available to consumers via television, they can test their car to decide if they want to sell it, or even get a second opinion before getting costly repairs. We chose Manzella Entertainment to champion this electronic marketing initiative because of their extensive experience in pioneering the use of infomercials and shopping channels. Ray Manzella has been associated with successful marketing campaigns for such well known celebrities as Vanna White, Kathy Smith, Robin Leach, the "Juiceman", Jay Kordech, Kim Alexis, Tony Little, (Sugar) Ray Leonard, and Suzanne Somers, to name a few. Most significant in the electronic and infomercial arena are Ron Del Barrio (Turbo Swing) and Direct to Retails' Memomate. Ray has been a leading proponent and pioneer of the use of electronic marketing."

Mr. Manzella stated, "After reviewing the independent news stories where the MotorCheck oil analyzer was used to diagnose the condition of used cars, we were sold. We know that people want to evaluate cars they are considering for purchase and know that the vehicles they're driving are safe. The simplicity of this product is amazing and we know the public will be as excited about its capabilities as we are."

Global Technovations, Inc. develops, assembles, and markets the sophisticated, patented MotorCheck and TruckCheck On-Site Analyzer, "an oil analysis mini-lab in a box", and distributes MightyClean 2000, a proprietary hydrocarbon eating microbe cleaning product.
