Potentially Deadly Consequences: California Unlicensed Driver Information to be Released by Auto Club
--WHO: A new study by the AAA Foundation for Traffic Safety shows that when drivers' licenses are suspended or revoked, drivers continue to drive -- with potentially deadly consequences. The Automobile Club of Southern California, the largest AAA affiliate, will release California-specific information on unlicensed California drivers. WHAT: The study titled "Unlicensed to Kill," examined five years of traffic data from 1993 through 1997. WHEN: Wednesday, July 12 The Auto Club news release containing California data will be distributed via Business Wire at 8 a.m. Pacific time.
