CycleShark.com: Bringing the Ride Alive on the Web

BALTIMORE - CycleShark.com is the most comprehensive on-line community,
content and commerce site for motorcycle enthusiasts, where industry experts
provide product reviews and insights into everything from bike safety and riding
skills to tips for the shade-tree mechanic.

"CycleShark.com is making the Internet a core part of a great motorcycling
experience," said Dan Meisner, President and CEO of CycleShark.com. "Unlike
any other motorcycle site on the web, CycleShark.com gives motorcycle
enthusiasts access to insightful, informative articles about the sport they
love, and the products they want, all at their fingertips."

CycleShark.com experts combine nearly 70 years of motorcycle and business
experience, insuring that everyone from the veteran rider to the first-timer
will find valuable information that will enhance their riding experience. The
advice provided by experts, the articles, the product updates can all be
tailored to reflect the needs and interests of individual riders. The
experience of CycleShark.com is as unique as the bike of each individual
rider.

"We're offering riders the best information, the best products -- and
we're doing it with the ease and security of the Internet," said Meisner.

The site currently includes more than 50 pieces covering a wide range of
cycling issues from the safe operation of a bike, to mechanical tips to rider
health. Recent articles include, "How to Buy a Used Bike," "When is a Bruise
Not a Bruise?," "How to Ship Your Bike," "Starting a Motorcycle Club," and
"Gasket Basics." Two new articles will be posted every week.

"The quality of the information is only equaled by the quality of the
merchandise we offer," said Meisner. "We have the best people in the industry
such as former industry R&D specialists, motorcycle journalists, and a
clinical psychologist, writing about the industry and reviewing the best
products available. It's a combination that will elevate everyone's riding
experience."

CycleShark.com was conceived by Dan Meisner who has spent 12 years in
retail- and factory-level motorcycle accessory sales, and Karl Feldman, an
avid motorcyclist specializing in the development of e-commerce applications
and solutions. Editorial content is managed by Lee Parks who has worked for
Motorcyclist, Motorcycle Product News, and Motorcycle Consumer News. The site
was crafted by marchFIRST. It was launched July 5th.
