Moldflow Announces Lease on Expanded Corporate Headquarters Location

Growth and Prosperity Facilitate Corporate Relocation
LEXINGTON, Mass. - Moldflow Corporation announced today that it signed a lease on its new global headquarters to be located in the recently completed Wayland Business Center in Wayland, MA.Moldflow's rapid growth, including growth driven by its recent acquisition of C-MOLD, has resulted in the need for expanded customer demonstration and training facilities and additional employee workspace. The company plans to move into the Wayland facility in September 2000.
"We retained a significant portion of C-MOLD's product marketing, development and field sales engineers," noted Suzanne Rogers, Moldflow's vice-president of finance and CFO. "Our ability to deliver quality products and add value to our customers is a direct result of our wealth of intellectual capital. The addition of the C-MOLD team, coupled with our own internal growth has made it necessary for us to move to expanded facilities. We currently employ over 240 people worldwide. While we have enjoyed contributing to the Lexington, MA community, we look forward to becoming a significant corporate citizen in Wayland."
Since the move of its corporate headquarters to Massachusetts from Australia in 1997, Moldflow has created many new jobs in the New England area and has donated $4.5 million dollars worth of software and services to the University of Massachusetts. Red Herring recently named Moldflow as one of the top 100 technology companies to successfully launch an initial public offering in 2000.
