MascoTech, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

    TAYLOR, Mich. - MascoTech, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has 
declared a quarterly cash dividend of $.08 per share on the Company's common 
stock.  The dividend is payable on August 14, 2000 to stockholders of record on 
July 21, 2000.
