Ascend Engineering of South Bend, Indiana, Changes Name to MSX International

    AUBURN HILLS, Mich. - MSX International, Inc., announced today that Ascend 
Engineering in South Bend, Indiana, will formally change its name to MSX 
International on July 10.  This identity change follows MSX International's 
acquisition of Ascend Engineering from Corporate Staffing Resources earlier this 
year.

    The former Ascend office will continue to provide staffing services and
solutions to clients in northern Indiana, southwestern Michigan and
surrounding areas.  The office offers experienced contract, contract-to-hire
and direct-hire personnel with technical skills, including engineers and
designers as well as manufacturing professionals, such as production, quality
and operations support management.
