Demonstrate e-Commerce in Action At 'B2B - Beyond the Hype'

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. - Dynamis Solutions, Inc., a business-to-business Internet
consulting firm, and the Original Equipment Suppliers Association recently
joined forces to examine actual e-commerce solutions in place within the auto
industry. The daylong session -- "B2B - Beyond the Hype" -- looked beyond
"theory" to feature real-life examples from Dana Corp., DaimlerChrysler,
Uniboring, L&L Products and International Truck. Dynamis, Ariba, I2, FreeMarkets
, Future Three, Powerway and PTC also presented in-depth looks at strategies and
tools for Internet-based product development, supply-chain integration and
procurement.

"We've all heard how e-commerce will radically transform industries in the
coming years; but many don't yet understand the real tangible benefits that
can be had today. For this session, we've forgotten about the $7.3 trillion
total on-line transactions projected within six years and focused entirely on
what's happening now," said Jeff Bullard, Dynamis principal and chief
operating officer. "It's time to look beyond the hype. That's why we
insisted that presenters focus on actual case studies from the automotive
industry. Attendees discovered that there is a great deal they can accomplish
right now."

"The collection of companies demonstrated practical and proven
applications of Web-enabled technology that work in their respective
organizations," said Neil DeKoker, OESA managing director. "OESA partnered
with Dynamis to help identify and disseminate best practices among automotive
suppliers. Automotive suppliers co-presented with their technology partners
to share their experiences and challenges as they embrace Web-enabled
technology solutions."

More than 180 people, predominantly from automotive supplier
organizations, attended the seminar giving it high marks for its focus on the
automotive industry and real-life case studies.

Established in the fall of 1998, the Original Equipment Suppliers
Association represents companies supplying components, modules, systems,
