Advisory Board Appointments: Don Robertson Mr. Robertson is President of Camden Capital Corp., an Alberta-based corporate finance and consulting company. Mr. Robertson has an extensive background in the financing of early stage operational companies on both a national and international level. Mr. Robertson brings financial and strategic planning perspectives to the Company. Michael Hibberd Mr. Hibberd is President and Chairman of MJH Services Inc., a Calgary-based corporate finance consulting company. Mr. Hibberd has extensive capital markets experience and is actively involved in advising public companies on business mergers and acquisitions. He is also involved in financings of early stage technology, energy and mining companies in North America and overseas. Until January 1995, Mr. Hibberd was a Senior Vice-President and Director of ScotiaMacleod Inc., a major Canadian investment dealer. Katherine Ward Ms. Ward is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Canadian Black Book, Wm. Ward Publishing. Ms. Ward has been employed by Wm. Ward Publishing since 1979 and became a Director of the Company in 1990. Along with her title as Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ms. Ward is responsible for all corporate involvement with the Hearst Business Media and National Auto Research. Ms. Ward brings 20 years of automotive experience and business connections to The Motor Pages. She served as Vice Chair for the National Association of Fleet Administrators for three years and is an associated member of all Automobile Dealer Associations across Canada. TheMotorPages Executive Management Team Max J. Wandinger, C.A., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer/Director Mr. Wandinger obtained his C.A. designation in 1984 and his law degree in 1989. He has provided legal counsel and business direction to numerous corporate entities in the areas of international transactions, taxation, corporate and commercial law. Mr. Wandinger has previously served on the board of directors and on numerous advisory boards of both public and private companies. Mr. Wandinger has acted in the capacity of president of a fully integrated direct marketing firm as well as having acted as CFO of a national food and beverage manufacturer and distributor. Currently, Mr. Wandinger is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accounts, The Alberta Law Society, the Canadian Bar Association and The Canadian Tax Foundation. Peter Caissie, President/Director Mr. Caissie is President and Co-founder of GTA Auctions & Liquidations Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoco. Mr. Caissie has 15 years experience in the automotive industry and possesses a vast industry knowledge in the process of buying and selling vehicles. In the liquidation industry, Mr. Caissie is an Accredited Appraiser by CPPAG, Canadian Personal Property Appraisals Group. Walter Deagle, Vice President of Business Development/Director In 1995 Mr. Deagle founded Promotional Technologies Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Autoco that is a technology based company providing web site development and design for e-commerce solutions. In 1999 Mr. Deagle joined Autoco and has been actively involved with the Company's web build out and marketing strategies. Previously, he was employed by the Canadian Government Federal Job Strategies Program, in the Computer based Training Industry (CBT), designing computer-based training modules. Mr. Deagle has created computer training programs for Anderson Consulting, The Department of National Defense and Nortel. Mr. Deagle graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in 1983 and continued his studies at the Management Institute of McGill University. David C. Highmore, Vice-President - Sales and Marketing Mr. Highmore obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University in 1981. He has 18 years of Sales/Marketing and Operations Management with a multi-functional management background including all aspects of sales and marketing, advertising and promotional programs, financial administration, operations and developing people. Prior to joining TheMotorPages Mr. Highmore had been Vice President of Sales & General Manager of Tri-Provincial Sales Ltd., representing manufacturers such as Merck Frosst, Smith & Nephew, Ciba-Geigy and Jergens. Blair Coady, Director Mr. Coady served as the President and Chairman of the Board of Wolf Industries, Inc. from October 1996 to April, 1998. Since October 1996, Mr. Coady has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Calgary Chemical, a custom blender of petroleum production chemicals. From 1976 to 1995, Mr. Coady has served public and private companies in a variety of positions from Director to Chairman and President.
