    SEATTLE - The Cobalt Group, Inc. plans to announce its second fiscal quarter 2000 financial results after the close of the market on Monday, July 24, 2000.

    The Cobalt Group will host a conference call featuring remarks by President and Chief Executive Officer, John Holt, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, David Snyder. Participation in the conference call is by invitation only and is intended for professional money managers and analysts.
