PNV Inc. Signs Tyson Foods Inc.

29 June 2000

An Effort By One Of The Nation's Largest Private Fleets To Attract, Recruit And Retain Professional Truck Drivers

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. - PNV Inc. today announced it signed a two-year
agreement with Tyson Foods, Inc. ,the largest processor of chicken in the world,
to provide its bundled telecommunications and Internet product and services as
an employment benefit for its over the road fleet of 954 professional truck
drivers. Tyson is one of the largest private fleet operators in the United
States and is PNV's first major private fleet contract.

As part of its strategy to be the premier provider of communications,
entertainment, and information to the trucking and logistics industry, PNV
embarked upon an innovative fleet marketing program designed to help carriers
attract, recruit, and retain professional truck drivers. The program provides
fleets with a "connectivity benefits package" that helps improve the quality
of life for truck drivers.

Under the agreement, Tyson provides dial tone to 100% of their OTR drivers
for in-cab telephone calls and subsidizes the PNV entertainment and Internet
services. In addition, Tyson drivers are entitled to preferred rates for the
communications tools PNV provides to help them be more productive and to keep
them connected to their families while on the road.

"I wanted to do something meaningful for my drivers to show how much Tyson
values their contribution," said Larry Keene, Director of Transportation for
Tyson Foods. "In fact, PNV is delivering a competitive advantage by helping
differentiate Tyson's benefits program and making it possible for our drivers
to stay better connected to their families, friends, and dispatch. For
example, drivers now have nearly 40,000 different points of access to make and
receive phone calls in the privacy and security of their Tyson truck cab. We
see PNV as a partner in making our drivers' life more enjoyable as they travel
around the country."

Driver recruitment and retention are one of the industry's biggest
challenges. The high driver attrition rate can be directly linked to a lack
of convenient and affordable access to communications and connectivity.
Estimates reveal that driver turnover costs fleet operators approximately
$2 billion per year.

"Since our inception, PNV has been busy developing innovative products and
services designed to help fleet operators deal with problems such as driver
recruitment and retention. Tyson's decision to work with PNV to meet the
needs of their drivers is two thumbs up for progress in the world of long-haul
trucking and a testament to Tyson's commitment to the men and women behind the
wheel," said Bob May, President and CEO of PNV.
