initiated by a major automobile manufacturer was Ford Motor Company.  Save The 
World Air, Inc. has been involved in discussions with Ford Motor Co.

    Save The World Air, Inc. is looking foreward to working with Ford Motor Co. 
to set up a test on a new car.

    Ford Motor Co. expressed that they were looking for a new direction to take 
in creating new ideas that can improve the environmental impact of their vehicles.

    The Zero Emission -- Fuel Saving (Z.E.F.S.) device is a revolutionary new
proven invention that can reduce toxic carbon monoxide levels to virtually
zero, plus drastically reduce hydrocarbons, and Nox levels.  The device works
on automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and other gasoline powered
engines.  It takes toxic fuel emissions to as low as ZERO, and improves fuel
economy by up to as much as 42%.

    Save The World Air, Inc. plans to market the sale of Licenses worldwide.
These Licenses will cover specific areas and will generate sales of millions
of units Internationally.  A total of 25,000 Licenses will be sold worldwide,
with 10,000 of these in the USA, which is a primary region of focus.  Plans
include the sale of 100 of these Licenses with an average cost of $10 Million.
A royalty/profit of $40 dollars per unit sold will be paid to Save The World
Air, Inc. (STWA).

    The company's shares have rocketed from .10 cents a share last December
10, 1999 to the close on Wednesday June 28, 2000 at a price of $5.6875.  An
increase of over 5,500%.
