26 June 2000

Colombia's Exclusive DaimlerChrysler A.G. Distributor

MIAMI - Fusion Networks , a leading provider of Internet portal technology
and content, announced today that it has signed an agreement with Crump America,
DaimlerChrysler A.G.'s exclusive distributor in Colombia for Jeep, Dodge and
Chrysler vehicles, to serve as the company's official portal, create full-motion
multimedia Internet advertisements, and co-develop an Internet cafe as part of
Crump America's showroom in Bogota's premier Parque 93 district.

Fusion Networks and Crump America are also currently developing Internet
showrooms through which Crump can display its products, including automobiles
and promotional items. Current plans call for the development of an
e-commerce platform through which automobile parts and promotional items will
be sold.

Crump America's two Bogota showrooms will also feature kiosks for public
computer access through http://www.fusionlatina.com.co. Upon registration of
its customer database, Crump America will utilize Fusion Network's One-to-One
marketing technology to deliver targeted information and advertisements to
each Internet user based on each individual's preferences and profile.

"Crump America can now utilize Fusion Networks portal technology and
content to brand itself throughout Bogota and Colombia in general," said Gary
M. Goldfarb, President and Chief Executive Officer of Fusion Networks. "This
is an excellent example of how a free-standing business is integrating
individualized multimedia content to deliver targeted, cost-efficient messages
to its customer base. With the current increase in automotive-related
Internet business in the United States, Fusion Networks is positioned to
extend online automotive marketing throughout the cities we serve in South
