Twin Disc Appoints David Rayburn to Board of Directors

RACINE, Wis. - Twin Disc, Inc., today announced that David B. Rayburn has been appointed to the Board of Directors. The appointment of Mr. Rayburn brings the total number of directors to 10.
Mr. Rayburn, 51, is Executive Vice President--Operations of Modine Manufacturing Company, a billion-dollar developer, manufacturer and marketer of heat exchangers and systems based in Racine, Wisconsin. In his present capacity, Mr. Rayburn is accountable for the company's U.S. and European manufacturing operations, as well as Quality and Information Systems.
Prior to joining Modine in 1991, Mr. Rayburn spent 21 years with Rockwell International, where he progressed through a number of increasingly responsible positions until his appointment as Director of Manufacturing for its Off-Highway Product & Drive Line Division in 1987. Mr. Rayburn earned his B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University in 1970 and his M.B.A. from Xavier University in 1979.
