Precision Auto Care Names Everett Casey General Counsel

    LEESBURG, Va. - Precision Auto Care, Inc., North America's largest 
franchisor of auto care centers, announced Everett Casey has been named Vice 
President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary.

    Charles Dunlap, President and CEO of Precision Auto Care, Inc. stated,
"Everett brings to the table a wealth of experience in franchise law having
most recently served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Choice
Hotels International, Inc. Casey received his law degree from George
Washington University and his B.A. from William and Mary. He is also a member
of the American Bar Association and active in numerous franchise
associations."
