Georgino Industrial Supply, Inc. Announces the Acquisition Of Harris Pump & Supply and T&L Supply

    PITTSBURGH - Georgino Industrial Supply, Inc. announced today that it has 
completed the acquisition of the business and certain assets of Harris Pump & 
Supply located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and T&L Supply located in Wheeling, 
West Virginia.  Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

    With facilities in and around Pittsburgh and Wheeling, Harris is a leading
distributor of cutting tools, abrasives, engineered pumps, power transmission
and MRO supplies and services.  Harris was created through the acquisition of
several industrial distributors including, T&L Supply in Wheeling, Frick &
Lindsay and Lappe Supply in Pittsburgh, and Westmoreland Industrial Supply in
Greensburg, among others.

    Headquartered in Penfield, Pennsylvania, Georgino Industrial Supply is a
leading multi-location industrial distributor focusing on technical service
for and supply of cutting tools, abrasives, power transmission lubricants and
adhesives.  Georgino Industrial Supply delivers a total supply chain solution
