MASON, Ohio - Pickups Plus, Inc. (OTCBB:PUPS), a national retailer and franchiser in the $30 billion a year accessories after market for pickups and SUVs announced today that it has entered into an area agreement with David McConnell for the Pittsburgh, Pa. area where McConnell already owns two Pickups Plus franchises.
