FREIGHTlist.com Will Debut a Complete Integration With Peachtree Accounting Software at the International Trucking Show in Las Vegas

MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. - FREIGHTlist.com, Inc. is pleased to announce the integration of its inventory management system with Peachtree(R) Complete Accounting software.

This new feature will debut at the International Trucking Show in Las Vegas, NV, June 28-30. The integration with Peachtree(R) Accounting will allow member companies to instantly and seamlessly transfer all transaction data into the most complete accounting software package available today.

"This integration elevates our system to a complete load and truck management system for the transportation industry. FREIGHTlist.com is the only complete web-based transaction management system available and Peachtree(R) is one of the most universally accepted and used accounting programs in existence. Peachtree(R) will eliminate the need to re-enter data into a separate accounting system and round out our system very nicely," says Jason Kirkpatrick of FREIGHTlist.com.

Peachtree(R) will allow members to process their accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll from all transactions that are processed through FREIGHTlist.com.

For the first time, there is a program that will allow freight forwarders and trucking companies to use one system to manage their inventory, as well as document and account for all transactions. FREIGHTlist.com has combined the features of standard load boards with the functionality of a complete dispatch management software program and all of it is accessed via the World Wide Web.

"There are several inherent problems with current industry software solutions", says Tom Whaley, President of FREIGHTlist.com. "A typical company may have to purchase expensive software for each facet of their business, including expensive dispatch and accounting software and payroll services. These companies may then subscribe to several load and truck posting services. If you consider the cost of maintaining separate support and upgrade contracts, coupled with the lack of integration between these programs, the cost of technology may begin to exceed its benefit."

FREIGHTlist.com was developed to eliminate the need for the fragmented PC based solutions and the expensive hardware needed to support them. Doing business on the Internet is the wave of the future and FREIGHTlist.com is an application for those companies that want to get ahead and stay ahead.

The website features everything that is necessary to run a transportation company and can be accessed anywhere for a small monthly subscription fee.

In its first year of operation, FREIGHTlist.com intends to create a list of 50,000 real time loads and trucks. Other systems allow members to post in real time, but few of these listings are changed, modified or removed from the list when they are booked or cancelled.

By integrating the posting service with a complete management and accounting system, the member companies will have the incentive and the tools to post and manage their listings, thus creating a list of continuous real time loads and trucks. This strategy will allow FREIGHTlist.com to succeed where others have failed.

FREIGHTlist.com will be exhibiting at booth number 2852, June 28-30, at the International Trucking Show in Las Vegas, NV at the Las Vegas Convention Center. All of the system features will be available for demonstration, including the integration with Peachtree(R) Accounting software.
