    DETROIT - Leading professional services firm Cap Gemini Ernst & Young today 
announced that its fourth annual Automotive Innovation Forum titled "Managing 
Innovation" will be held June 13 at the Ritz-Carlton in Dearborn, Mich.

    The annual forum, where the best practices of many of the automobile
supplier industry's most innovative companies are shared, is an outgrowth of
the prestigious Automotive News PACE(TM) (Premier Automotive Suppliers'
Contributions to Excellence) Awards, jointly presented by Cap Gemini Ernst &
Young and Automotive News.

    Managing Innovation speakers will share with attendees how they developed
the strategies and corporate cultures to foster award-winning innovations in
their respective companies.  Forum speakers will present their experiences,
successes and lessons in generating, evaluating and incorporating innovation
to seize opportunities, raise the performance bar and consistently compete
effectively.

    The agenda for the half-day forum will include discussion of the
following:

    *  Organization, culture and innovation
    *  New models for innovation
    *  Innovation and technology strategy

    Dave Sanders, Vice President, Global Automotive Consulting, Cap Gemini
Ernst & Young, and Peter Brown, Automotive News' Executive Editor and
Associate Publisher will present opening remarks.
    Featured speakers include:

    The forum begins at 7:30 a.m. with breakfast.  Closing remarks are at 12
noon.  There is no fee.
