BASF Announces Price Increase for Neol Neopentylglycol
MOUNT OLIVE, NJ - BASF Corporation announced today that it will raise list and off-list prices for Neol Neopentylglycol products by 5 cents per pound, effective July 1, 2000. The increase applies to all forms of Neol, including Molten, 90% Solution and Flake.BASF will increase the prices in Europe by Euro 0.12/kg and in Asia/Pacific by U.S. $0.10/kg as well. This global increase is necessary to compensate for significantly increased raw material costs.
