AlphaNet Solutions Receives Award From Mercedes-Benz USA

Receives $4 Million Desktop Services Award From Mercedes-Benz

    CEDAR KNOLLS, N.J. - AlphaNet Solutions, Inc., a leading IT services firm 
providing network design, operation, management, and security, today announced 
that it continues to strengthen its ongoing relationship with Mercedes-Benz USA,
through a $4 million award to provide desktop services and support for the
company's Northeast headquarters, located in Montvale, New Jersey.

    AlphaNet will provide MBUSA with the installation, management, and support
of personal computer and local area network servers and components.  The
thirty-six-month engagement includes full-time and on-site service support for
approximately 1,000 users in the MBUSA Northeast headquarters complex, as well
as full-time service for approximately 500 users in remote locations.

assisted MBUSA in migrating to a Novell network, installing PCs on all
desktops, creating a virtual mobile environment, and providing ongoing support
for maintenance and upgrades to MBUSA's clients and network.  AlphaNet is
currently assisting MBUSA in the deployment and education of its retailers on
its new retail center initiative, NetStar.
