Outsell Names Bill Milon VP of Sales, Marketing & Customer Development

Will Develop Programs to Build and Serve Outsell's Rapidly Growing Customer Base

    MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, Minn. - Outsell, LLC has named Bill Milon vice 
president of sales, marketing and customer development.  In addition to leading
the firm's sales and marketing efforts, Milon will be responsible for building 
an infrastructure to serve Outsell's rapidly growing customer base.
    Outsell is the creator of Digital Dialogue(R), a browser-based online
service that allows for directed, person-to-person, immediate interaction over
the Internet.
    "Bill is a terrific addition to the Outsell management team," said Judson
Bemis, Jr., chairman and CEO.  "He brings broad leadership experience in
operations, sales and marketing, customer development and organizational

    Milon was most recently Midwest regional marketing manager for Bank of
America, where he worked in the development, positioning, rollout, promotion
and marketing for new products and programs.  He has also been a consultant in
the banking industry.
    He also served eight years as vice president of retail banking at Midwest
Federal Savings and Loan, Minneapolis, where he managed the transformation of
the bank's culture to compete with regional money-center banks, national
brokerage firms and insurance companies.
    Milon also held a variety of managerial and technical positions at
Prudential Insurance in Minneapolis, in sales, operations and computer systems
analysis.
    Born and raised in Montana, Milon has an MBA from the University of St.
Thomas in St. Paul, Minn. and a BSB from the University of Minnesota,
Minneapolis.
    Currently Outsell is concentrating its Digital Dialogue marketing on the
business-to-business, Internet reseller and automobile dealer sectors.
Businesses nationwide are using Digital Dialogue to quicken their Internet
