   Healthcare and Automotive Technology Provider Joins Forces With IBSS

    COLUMBIA, S.C., June 5 Integrated Business Systems &
Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBSS) (IBSS) announced today that USM
Systems, Ltd. has joined its Premier Business Partner Program as a
reseller/referral partner.
    USM Systems is a manufacturer of asset and personnel tracking systems for
the healthcare and automotive industries.  Under the terms of the agreement,
USM Systems will resell IBSS' Synapse-based technology to its healthcare and
automotive customers and IBSS will integrate USM Systems' hardware technology
with its Synapse software.
