With ULTIMATE RESULTS, Newgen Results Corporation Expands Value of Its CRM Offerings; With Carabunga.com `Under the Hood,' Newgen Ups the Value of CRM

    SAN DIEGO, Calif.--June 5, 2000--Newgen Results Corporation , a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and e-CRM services to automotive dealerships, announced today that Carabunga.com will be added to its already successful RESULTS system.
    This new blend of services, called ULTIMATE RESULTS, will entirely replace RESULTS. The inclusion of Carabunga.com with ULTIMATE RESULTS is designed to offer more flexibility to member dealers. "ULTIMATE RESULTS will enable dealers to choose how involved they want to be in the extraction of data, the design of a marketing campaign, and the method of fulfillment," said Gerald Benowitz, president and CEO of Newgen Results Corporation.
    After a dealer subscribes to Newgen's ULTIMATE RESULTS system, Newgen downloads the dealer's database and purifies the data. When that process is complete, the automotive dealer uses the embedded Carabunga.com tools to launch and fulfill one-to-one marketing or service reminder campaigns. ULTIMATE RESULTS dealers will have a choice of whether to fulfill the promotion with e-message or letter. Follow-up teleservice as a component of the direct marketing effort will also be offered.
    Carabunga.com was established with the goal of being the first one-to-one dealer marketing vortal in January 2000. "We feel so strongly about the services of Carabunga.com, we are now offering it as integral product of our primary product," said Benowitz.
    ULTIMATE RESULTS will be available to current RESULTS customers upon signing a new contract for the unexpired term of their present agreement.
