New Bridge Products Inc. Reports Termination of Operations

    PHOENIX--May 30, 2000--New Bridge Products Inc., (OTC BB: NBPI) Tuesday reported that New Bridge Products Inc. (Pink Sheets: NBCI) announced that it has terminated all of its van conversion operations and the further development of its Sportster line of disabled golf carts and two passenger neighborhood alternative vehicles.

Consistent with its decision to terminate its current operations, the company has also terminated all of its employees. The company's decision was a result of serious cash flow difficulties which has made it impossible to finance its ongoing operations.
