Dover to Head Up Ford's Land Rover

London - Bob Dover, currently Chairman of Ford's Aston Martin/Lagonda group, will be named Chairman and CEO of Land Rover, according to a report out of the UK on Monday. Ford's deal to buy Land Rover from BMW is in its final stages of completion and is expected to be finalized by July. Land Rover will become another part of Ford's Premier Automotive Group, which also includes Jaguar, Aston Martin, Volvo and Lincoln. Bob Dover had been Manufacturing Director of Land Rover earlier in his career. He will report to Wolfgang Reitzle, Premier Automotive Group's President. MJR
