Manheim Dealer Support Services, FundHere.com Launch Subprime Auto Financing Partnership

               Agreement Provides Used-Car Dealers With Instant
                         Access to Consumer Financing

    ATLANTA, May 30 Manheim Dealer Support Services, the
dealer business software arm of Manheim Interactive Inc., announced today the
kick-off of an auto financing partnership with Phoenix-based FundHere.com, a
subsidiary of ZoomLot Corp.  This joint venture significantly expands used-car
dealers' access to a wide source of retail financing.  FundHere.com is
available on Manheim Dealer Support Services' Tracker Suite 3.0, the most
comprehensive business software package available to used-vehicle dealers.
    "The partnership with FundHere.com was developed in order to provide our
subscribing dealers a single avenue of access to dozens of financial lenders,"
said Pete Pinnock, vice president of business development for Manheim Dealer
Support Services (MDSS).  "By helping facilitate consistent financing, MDSS
becomes even more indispensable to used-car dealers."
    When it's time to begin the vehicle financing process, dealers who
subscribe to the Tracker Suite can click on the FundHere button and send
credit applications, sales contracts, credit bureau information and the
vehicle profile to a processing center managed by FundHere.com.  FundHere acts
as the business-to-business portal between dealers and lenders.  After all of
the information is submitted, FundHere obtains bids from various independent
finance companies -- ranging from "A" credit to "D" - and arranges the sale to
the finance company with the best offer.
    This service is provided at no extra cost to dealers who subscribe to
Tracker, which starts as low as $30 per month.  Dealers are required to
complete a qualification form on the FundHere.com site and will contacted for
a phone interview to determine approval.

partnership will change the entire landscape of secondary financing."
    Through technology and the Internet, FundHere simplifies the contract
placement process.  By quickly matching the right sales contract with the
right financing program, the dealer, the finance company and the customer all
get what they want -- a smooth, completed transaction.
    The FundHere service has been beta tested in Florida and Arizona and will
be rolled out across the country on a state-by-state basis throughout the
year.  ZoomLot Corp., parent of FundHere.com, also operates ZoomLot.com, an
Internet portal for independent auto dealers.
    Tracker Suite 3.0 is an Internet-based software service provided by MDSS
and geared toward independent dealers.  Along with the FundHere option,
Tracker subscribers have access to inventory management, bookkeeping and
accounting tools, as well as vital forms dealerships use every business day.
Users are also linked to other Web sites such as the industry's leading
vehicle pricing guides -- Black Book and the N.A.D.A. Official Used Car Guide
-- and the AutoTrader.com used-vehicle classified Web site.
    Tracker is assisted by the MDSS Technical Support staff, which is
available six days a week to answer questions and to help troubleshoot.
