Autodaq Corporation Appoints Directors of Strategic Marketing, Corporate Communications; Automotive Veterans Join Blue Chip Executive Team

    MENLO PARK, Calif.--May 24, 2000--Autodaq Corporation, (www.autodaq.com), the online trading marketplace for businesses that buy and sell used automobiles, today added two directors to its growing management team.
    Wayne A. Killen has been named director of strategic marketing and Alexander P. Tsigdinos has been appointed executive director of corporate communications. Together, the new directors have more than 25 years of automotive industry experience in product marketing and communications.
    As director of strategic marketing, Killen will help develop and tailor Autodaq product applications and packages, as well as associated marketing communications, to meet the specific needs of the company's customers. These customers include businesses that buy and sell used vehicles, such as financial institutions, manufacturers and other fleet, lease and rental operators, and franchised, independent and Internet-based dealers and wholesalers.
    Tsigdinos will lead the company's communications team, developing, coordinating and implementing internal and external corporate communications, including media relations, financial communications and analyst outreach.

    Killen brings 15 years of automotive industry experience to Autodaq. Before joining Autodaq, he served as executive vice president of niche vehicle marketing for Detroit-based Campbell & Company, a strategic consulting and marketing communications company, where he managed a team responsible for the marketing and operations for Ford Motor Co.'s successful Special Vehicle Team (SVT) program. Killen previously held several key product management positions at Mercedes Benz of North America. Killen earned an MBA from the University of California-Riverside and a B.A. from the University of California-Berkeley.
    Tsigdinos adds a total of 20 years of corporate communications and management experience to the Autodaq team, including having served seven years as a senior public relations manager and corporate communications executive at Chrysler Corp., where he was responsible for media relations for Chrysler's Jeep(R), Dodge Truck and Minivan operations, among other duties. Most recently, Tsigdinos was director of investor and public relations for CellNet Data Systems Inc., a Silicon Valley-based wireless data communications company. Tsigdinos previously worked as an automotive journalist and consultant, and also served for six years as a surface warfare officer in the U.S. Navy. He earned an MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
