Flat Rock Speedway is the only track that has continually been on the ARCA schedule since ARCA’s inception in ’53. Notable entrants include former ARCA champions Tim Steele who hasn’t raced at Flat Rock since 1997, ’98 champ Frank Kimmel and ’88 champ Tracy Leslie. Additionally, Kmart Ford Taurus driver Shawna Robinson has filed an entry as has Kirk Shelmerdine who will make his first Flat Rock appearance. ARCA veterans in the line-up include ’99 Daytona ARCA 200 winner Bobby Gerhart, Auburn, Georgia’s Mark Gibson, Andy Belmont, Lansing, Michigan’s Jeff Finley and point leader Bob Strait.
