DuraSwitch Receives $4 Million for Exclusive License Rights
    PHOENIX, May 22 DuraSwitch Industries Inc. (Amex: DRA)
today announced it received the $4 million payment from Delphi Automotive
Systems Corporation for exclusive rights to utilize and manufacture
DuraSwitch's patented switch technology for the automotive industry.  This
non-refundable one-time charge is part of the agreement announced
April 25, 2000.
    "Receipt of this fee puts DuraSwitch in the strongest financial position
in the company's history," said Bob Brilon, DuraSwitch President and CFO.
"More importantly though, is the credibility generated from Delphi's
commitment to our patented technology."
