CAD/IQ Now Embedded in CAD Systems with New Manufacturability Diagnostics

    MILFORD, Ohio--May 22, 2000--International TechneGroup Incorporated (ITI), the world's leading supplier of product data interoperability solutions, announces the release of CAD/IQ(TM) version 3.0. CAD/IQ is the world's premier CAD model quality testing tool that detects and displays hidden CAD model errors and anomalies.
    CAD/IQ helps CAD users to identify and correct problems at the source eliminating downstream CAD model rework. Leading organizations around the world and throughout industry are slashing development time and costs with CAD/IQ.
    CAD/IQ 3.0 is embedded in CATIA 4.2 and I-DEAS Master Series CAD systems. Continued support for stand-alone CAD/IQ for Parasolid Version 11 is also available. Embedded CAD/IQ support for Pro/E and Unigraphics will follow in later releases. This latest version includes robust manufacturability diagnostics designed to pinpoint areas in the model that create problems for downstream manufacturing applications.
