Women & Motorcycling exhibit slated for Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum
PICKERINGTON, Ohio -- Did your mother help get you on two wheels? Was she
an avid rider herself? Does your wife or partner ride along with you,
either on her own bike or on the back, nearly everywhere you go?
Tell her thanks by honoring her with a donation to the new Women &
Motorcycling exhibit, premiering in time for the July 13-16 AMA's second
Women & Motorcycling National Conference. Several sponsorship levels will
enable you to support the exhibit and recognize that woman motorcyclist in
your life.
The Women & Motorcycling exhibit will recognize the accomplishments of the
individuals who furthered the cause of women in motorcycling from 1900 to
today. Included will be a general historical timeline, a timeline of
women's events in history and a timeline of women's motorcycling events in
history. In addition to featuring the pioneers of women in motorcycling,
the exhibit will recognize women motorcycle competitors, women in the
motorcycle industry, women in motorcycling government relations, women
competitors, women in motorcycle journalism, women in motorcycle training
and rider education, and women's motorcycling organizations.
On display in Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum until the end of 2000, the
exhibit will then go on tour to shows and events around the United States
to promote the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and further promote women in
motorcycling.

contributions and will be credited to the donor's accumulated giving
history.
