Positions Autoco.com as Leading B2B Wholesale Automotive Portal

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn., May 18 TheMotorPages.com/Autoco.com, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: AOOO) today announced
an agreement with ARI Financial Services Inc. for re-marketing the returned
fleet and lease vehicles through TheMotorPages.com Virtual Private Dealer
Network (VPDN). This provides TheMotorPages.com with a significant B2B resale
inventory and immediately expands business activities to an international
level and positions TheMotorPages.com as the leading B2B wholesale automotive
Internet portal.
Leasing and managing 40,000 vehicles, Automotive Resources International,
has in ten years become one of the largest fleet management companies in
Canada. ARI is a wholly owned subsidiary of Holman Enterprises, a 75-year-old
family-owned and operated company ranked as number 84 on the Forbes list of
the 500 largest private companies.
"The Motor Pages offers an attractive alternative to the traditional
markets and has the unique ability to broaden the buyer base for our off lease
vehicles allowing our 550 + dealer members access to our vehicle inventory
on-line," stated Fred J. Booth, Senior Vice President and General Manager of
ARI.
"The Virtual Private Dealer Network's online tendering system offers an
alternative to the traditional auctions used by Manufacturers and Fleet
companies who offer vehicles for sale to dealers. The VPDN offers a broader
buyer base and a cost effective solution to reselling vehicles obtaining the
highest possible return on used vehicles," stated Walter G. Deagle, Vice
President, Business Development, Autoco.com Inc. "The agreement with ARI
provides TheMotorPages.com with a $150 combined buyers and sellers fee on
vehicles sold in an industry that sees 300,000+ annual vehicles in the Greater
Toronto area alone. ARI represents a significant market share for The Motor
Pages which sets the stage for further expansion into the B2B wholesale auto
industry by TheMotorPages.com," explained Walter Deagle.
