James M. LaNeve Named Controller for CTS RF Integrated Modules

    ELKHART, Ind.--May 15, 2000--James M. LaNeve has been named Controller for CTS Corporation's RF Integrated Modules business, West Lafayette, Indiana, according to an announcement today by George A. Harding, Vice President and General Manager, CTS RF Integrated Modules.
    LaNeve has over 15 years of federal tax, acquisitions/divestitures, SEC reporting, financial planning and strategic planning experience, most recently as Planning and Budgeting Manager, CTS Corporation, Corporate Offices. His new position will include a full range of financial reporting and analysis responsibilities for support of the CTS RF Integrated Module business unit.
    LaNeve is a 1985 graduate of Defiance College, Defiance, Ohio, where he received his B.S. degree in Accounting/Finance. In 1996, he earned an M.B.A. from Indiana University. After serving five years with two large national public accounting firms, LaNeve joined CTS Corporation as Federal Tax Specialist advancing in positions of Federal Tax Manager, Manager of Financial Operations and CTS Corporate Financial Accounting Manager. In January 1997, he accepted the position of Manager, Financial Reporting with DePuy, Inc., only to return to CTS in September 1998 as Corporate Financial Accounting Manager, until his appointment as Corporate Planning and Budgeting Manager.
    Mr. LaNeve holds membership in the AICPA, the Ohio Society of CPAs and the Indiana Society of CPAs.
    Mr. and Mrs. LaNeve and family will be relocating to the West Lafayette, Indiana area in the near future.
