Pickups Plus Files 10-Q Management Has All Systems In Place For Rapid Expansion
MASON, Ohio--May 15, 2000--Pickups Plus, Inc. (OTCBB:PUPS) announced today the filing of its 10-Q for the quarter ending March 31, 2000. Based on the results of the first quarter, President John Fitzgerald said the Company is "on track to meet or exceed our $2 million revenue target for the year, more than doubling the revenue for 1999."Our applications from potential franchisees has tripled, we're opening new locations and we're delivering top-notch professional service to the booming accessory market for pickups and SUVs. Our goal is to be the No. 1 accessory supplier and this quarter indicates we are on our way," Fitzgerald continued.
For the first quarter, the Company reported revenue of $221,125. The loss of $.01 per share was identical to that of last year. This attests to the fact that upper management has established the proper store policies and procedures to keep things moving forward while they concentrate on moving the Company to the next level.
