Jaguar Cars North America Appoints New Vice President of Retail OperationsMAHWAH, N.J. - Jaguar Cars North America today announces that Francis (Fran) O'Hagan is appointed vice president of Retail Operations, effective June 1, 2000. O'Hagan will report directly to Mike O'Driscoll, president of Jaguar Cars North America, and will be based at Jaguar's regional office in Irvine, Calif. O'Hagan will be a member of the senior management team at Jaguar Cars North America in a new role in which he will oversee sales, franchising, vehicle remarketing and distribution in the United States. O'Hagan joins Jaguar from BMW of North America where he held the position of Regional Sales and Marketing Operations Manager for its West Coast operations. Commenting on the appointment, O'Driscoll said, "Fran could not have joined Jaguar at a better time. His new role will be key to enabling Jaguar to realize its aggressive growth and customer satisfaction targets over the next few years." "The Jaguar marque is one of the most respected and admired in the auto business," said O'Hagan. "With its ambitious product and marketing plans, Jaguar also is one of the most exciting companies to be joining right now." O'Hagan, 35, is married, the father of three children and lives in Southern California. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Pennsylvania State University, and an M.B.A. in marketing from Villanova University. In addition to his position at BMW North America, O'Hagan also has held management positions at Mercedes-Benz of North America and Land Rover North America.
