Carlos Lobo, New CEO at New Venture Gear

    TROY, Mich., May 10 In order to further strengthen New
Venture Gear's Management Team and further enhance future growth
opportunities, Mr. Carlos Lobo has been appointed President & CEO effective
immediately.  Mr. Lobo was previously Senior Vice President Powertrain
Manufacturing at DaimlerChrysler Corporation.
    Mr. Fred Hubacker has been appointed Vice President and Chief
Administrative Officer at NVG with responsibility for all staff activities
including Finance, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Strategic Planning
and Information Technologies.
