    Ceremony All Part of Welcome

    Some of the leading minds of tomorrow, as well as some of the most respected minds today, will descend on Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village, on Tuesday, May 9, as part of the Intel 2000 International Science and Engineering Fair (ISEF).
    More than 3,000 youth and adults representing the scientific minds of tomorrow from around the world will be part of a welcome program at Greenfield Village. In addition, five Nobel Prize winners in science will tour Thomas Edison's Menlo Park Laboratories.



WHAT:   Community Welcome for the Intel 2000 ISEF at Henry Ford Museum
        & Greenfield Village

WHEN:    Tuesday, May 9, 2000
         4:15 p.m. - Nobel Prize Winners Tour Thomas Edison's
         Menlo Park Labs in Greenfield Village 
         5:30 p.m. - Flag Ceremony representing 41 countries inside 
         Greenfield Village entrance with 3,500 on-lookers.(a)

WHERE:   Henry Ford Museum & Greenfield Village, 20900 Oakwood 
         Boulevard at Village Road.  Entrance to Greenfield Village 
         is on Village Road directly east of Henry Ford Museum between
         Oakwood Blvd. and the Southfield Freeway (M-39).

VISUALS: More than 3,000 participants from around the world
