Wynn's International Announces Formation of Wynn's Keeper, Inc.
    ORANGE, Calif., May 8 Wynn's International Inc.
and Keeper Co., Ltd., a leading Japanese seal manufacturer, announced today
the formation of Wynn's Keeper, Inc.
    The new company consolidates the business of the plastic molding
operations of Wynn's-Precision, Inc. with those of the former GKI Corp., a
joint venture between Goshen Rubber Co. and Keeper.  This new company combines
Keeper's rubber boot and bellow molding expertise with Wynn's plastic blow
molding technology to offer a broad range of engineered sealing components for
rack & pinion steering and driveline applications.  The alliance of Wynn's and
Keeper provides world-class design, test and manufacturing capabilities for
domestic and transplant customers.  The new company will be headquartered in
Springfield, Kentucky with manufacturing operations in both Kentucky and
Indiana.  With its extensive knowledge in automotive chassis systems, Wynn's
Keeper can provide cost effective solutions for demanding steering and
driveline applications.
