Ricardo, Inc. and MEDA Technical Services, Inc. Announce Joint Venture

    SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 8 Ricardo, Inc. and MEDA Technical
Services, Inc., today announced a joint venture with the two companies
combining their engineering contract placement capabilities to provide
increased and enhanced services to the automotive industry in the Detroit
area.  The new entity, Ricardo MEDA Technical Services, LLC, is located in
Southfield, Mich.
    "This joint venture provides its combined customer base with the synergy
of Ricardo's depth of technical knowledge and MEDA's expertise in the
engineering contract placement business," said Jeremy Holt, President of
Ricardo, Inc., and Chairman of Ricardo MEDA Technical Services, LLC.
    The President of Ricardo MEDA Technical Services is Richard Rosenthal, who
was previously Executive Vice President of MEDA Limited.  The new company
includes a team of managers, technicians and professionals from both
organizations.

Technical Services provides our customer base with more than 100 years of
strong international experience, skills and expertise -- Ricardo with its
dynamic European heritage and strong Detroit presence, and MEDA with its solid

possible in contract personnel to meet their engineering needs in a timely and
