Arctic Cat Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

    THIEF RIVER FALLS, Minn.--May 4, 2000--Arctic Cat Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share of common and class B common stock. The dividend is payable June 1, 2000 to shareholders of record on May 15, 2000.
